The company is a technology service company that is providing service to the travel and leisure
industry by serving as a middle service between homeowners, hotels and travelers by hosting
homes on our platform and providing those homes to travelers.
The company also showcases tourist attractions and leisure services to users and provides
users the location to said attractions by providing map services using the GPS system.
0.2 Scope of Service
With our registered mobile application we will provide online services to both homeowners,
hotels and also users who will be able to access our services.
To Register in order to use our service, users will be required to provide a valid email address, a
username and password to create an account via internet connection.
In order to host or post a property on our service users will be required to provide further
information including a valid ID to register.
The service we provide will be made available 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days in a year.
Should there be maintenance or upgrade issues, we will notify Users within 48 hours prior to the
actual activity.
Users’ customer support details shall be provided in their account and can be accessed 24
hours everyday.
0.3 Privacy Policy
You will verify your registered account via your registered email address. You will be asked upon
confirmation to fill in a form to share your personal information.
You can log in using your registered account after accepting the terms and conditions in the
privacy policy.
We respect the Users right to privacy. We will not disclose nor sell a user personal identification
and other pertinent details that will reveal any close connection to the users true identity.

Our application will be provided for free download.
In order to make payments using our services users will make payment through mobile
payments, card services, and bank payments.
Refunds can be made after the conditions in the policy have been met.

Any material, information or communication that you upload using our services will be treated as
non-proprietary and non-confidential. You automatically authorize us to use material /
information/ communication for our use. Whether it is for quality control or marketing of our
services.

We will be adding more features and optimizing our application in short intervals.
We reserve the right from time to time to make room for maintenance procedures or upgrade of
systems.

A user account can be terminated if said user violates our terms and conditions laid out.
